When you register a domain name, it's yours for the period of time you registered, which is typically between one year. If you want to keep using it, including all of the services associated with it (like a website or email service), you have to renew it with your registrar before it expires. If you don't, you risk losing it for a short time or possibly for good.

If we are in charge to take care of your domain name renewal and you no longer want to renew your domain, you must send us at least 60 days before domain expiration an email or other written communication, in which you explicit explain your intention. Otherwise, if the renewal has been done, you will be charged for the renewal costs.

DataNubo Domain Transfer

If you want to transfer your domain to our servers, we will help you without any charge for this service. However the operation include a domain renewal for 1 year, which will be charged as defined in DataNubo Domain Renewal.

You will not loose the already payed period of domain registration, but it will be extended with additional year.

Note

Domain registration or renewal is usually for 1 year, however for some TLD may be longer. On your request we make longer registration period as the registrar allow us.

It is not possible to break domain registration before expiration, so we cannot refund you, even if you move your domain away from us. Once the domain registration or domain renewal has been payed, the domain is your up to expiration.
